I recently acquired an old Gator and my 11 year old has had a blast running the trails on our land with it. The throttle cable has come detached and I can't for the life of me spot any type of clamp, screw or bolthole where it reattaches. Just don't know where to go from here. Had a couple of backyard mechanic buddies look it over too with the same head-scratching results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hm. Well, I guess that could have been the case, which means I will need a new cable and still don't know where it would attach. Talked to a dealer today on the phone and he couldn't even tell me. Just need a picture or to find someone who has one so I can take a peek.
I'll go ahead and find the cable though.

I went to the site and have looked at the downloads but just get the same info the dealer got and that doesn't show where the cable attaches to the throttle linkage or carburetor.
I really need a photo of one that is connected.
I've searched google images pretty thoroughly. The connection is tucked back up toward the seat so that angle doesn't get taken much.
Anyone with the old AMT 600 out there have a clue?

It doesn't show the cable, but 6A and 6B is where the cables hooks on. Looks like it would have a loop on the cable that slips over a pin.
